Thresholds of Need Matrix

Oxfordshire has developed a Thresholds of Need Matrix, which provides an important tool to support early intervention and multi-agency working in relation to children and families in Oxfordshire. It sets out an agreed framework of need and risk against which the level of service provision for children and families will be determined.
