Link Worker

The term Linkworker is normally used in Residential Care/Children's Homes to describe the member of staff with special responsibility for a child. The term 'Keyworker' is sometimes used to describe the same role, but this term also describes the social worker responsible for a child who is subject to a multi-agency Child Protection Plan.
