Parenting Order

Parenting Orders are imposed by the Court in relation to children involved in offending behaviour. The purpose of Parenting Orders is to help parents develop good parenting skills to ensure their children's behaviour or development are not allowed to go unchecked into major difficulties for themselves, their family and the community.
