Regulation 34/35

Under Regulation 34 and Schedule 6 of the Children's Homes Regulations 2001 for England (Regulation 35/Schedule 6 in Wales) Registered Persons are required to establish and maintain a system for monitoring certain matters and improving the quality of care provided in children's homes.
