Bicester Village
It is rare today to meet anyone who has not heard the name Bicester Village. The leading outlet shopping destination in Europe is visited annually by more than 3 million customers from all over the world and is now established as a major international tourist attraction, as well as being the UK’s leading designer outlet village.
Located only a 10-minute walk from the town centre of Bicester and linked by an attractive footpath adjacent to St Edburg’s church, Bicester Village also operates a shuttle bus link with Chiltern Railways from Bicester North station, seven days a week.

The annual Jazz Festival in August is now a fixed date in the town’s cultural diary with musicians from all over the country playing at Bicester Village, in Bicester town and in Garth Park over a two day festival.
Bicester Visitor Centre is located at Bicester Village and has won a national award for the most visited tourist information centre in southern England. Operated by Tourism South East in partnership with Cherwell District Council and Bicester Village, the Centre is open seven days a week throughout the year. The Visitor Centre provides the latest tourist information including a “Visit” database offering details on local accommodation and facilities.
