The
climate defines the products that are consumed in every region,
as well as the ways of serving or offering them. Fresh fruits and
vegetables, but also well-cooked meat dominate the nutritional habits
of Greeks, Jews or Christians. Refreshments and beverages are also
very popular. Jews are traditionally connected with the trade of
the lemon or the salep salesman.
