NW Bicester is an exciting proposal to build local amenities and 5,000 homes in an eco-town for North West Bicester in Oxfordshire. What makes this development special is its eco credentials, which aim to be among the highest in the country.
It's important for this development to be well integrated with the rest of Bicester and so the development will be gradual, over the next 20 years.
A wide range of homes-types will be provided. There will be properties with between one and six bedrooms. House prices will be determined once the homes are built.
