Los Siete Cielos, bread with symbolic forms served at Shavouot, and partridge-like commemorative bread. Salonika, Larissa, Komotini, Lagana, unlevened bread eaten on Clean Monday by christian orthodox, and Koutsounes (Easter breads), Kalamata, Antonakos bakery.

The Jews consume the matsa for centuries during eight days on Pessah, as a symbol of the liberty and as a reminder the Exodus from Egypt; it resembles the lagana, a Christian unleavened bread eaten only on a special day (Clean Monday). Other 'festive' Jewish and Christian breads are the Shavouot and Pourim's breads and the Easter bread-like dollies (koutsounes). Wheat is used in symbolic foods, like the boiled wheat offered at the Christian memorial services and the astari of the Jewish New Year.
